As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund requests in accordance with their policies.
If you have a refund request, you can contact Paddle directly or reach out to us and we will help facilitate the process where appropriate.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle’s refund policy.
